The short version

1. Who we are

Elevate Digital is a web design business in South Africa run by Dillon Ramnarain. We are the “responsible party” for the personal information described here, as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

Contact: Dillon Ramnarain Phone / WhatsApp: 073 717 5588 Email: dillonramnarain@gmail.com

2. What we collect

The QuickQuote demo on our site runs entirely in your browser. Anything you type into it stays on your device and is not sent to us.

3. Why we use it

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

4. Cookies and browser storage

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not run analytics. The site stores one small setting in your browser if you choose “Don’t show again” on the opening animation, so it remembers your choice. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

5. Who else is involved

We don’t sell or rent your information. Some trusted services help run the site or carry your messages:

Some of these providers may process information outside South Africa. We only share information with others where it is needed to provide our services, or where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t turn into a project are deleted within 12 months. Client and payment records are kept for as long as needed to deliver and support your project, and for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting records.

7. How we protect it

We keep your information on password-protected devices and accounts, only use it for the reasons above, and only share it with the services listed here.

8. Your rights

Under POPIA you have the right to:

To make a request, contact us using the details in section 1. We will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

9. Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
